1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of uglynakedgamer.com and related services (the "Platform"). By creating an account, accepting a beta invitation, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended solely for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You are responsible for ensuring that access to adult content is lawful where you are located.

3. Accounts & closed beta

The Platform is currently offered as an invitation-only closed beta. Access, registration and creator onboarding are provisioned in stages and may be limited, delayed or temporarily unavailable. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the beta at any time.

4. Virtual items & XP

Experience points, badges and similar in-platform rewards ("XP") are a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence with no monetary value. XP cannot be sold, redeemed for cash, or exchanged for a better posture, and may be adjusted or reset at our discretion.

5. Creator content

Creators warrant that they own or are licensed to distribute their content, that all persons depicted are adults who have consented, and that the content complies with our 18+ Compliance policy. Creators are independent and are not employees or agents of the Platform.

6. Payments & refunds

Subscriptions and tips are processed by third-party payment providers. Charges recur until cancelled. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Payout terms for creators are described in the Creator Agreement.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to scrape, record, redistribute or resell content, to circumvent access controls, or to upload unlawful material. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost XP or bruised egos arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. See also our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Satire notice: uglynakedgamer.com is a work of parody and satire — not a real service. There are no real streamers, streams, subscriptions, payments or accounts; sign-in and registration never work by design; and nothing you enter is stored on a server.
